Michael is a classic entrepreneur who started his first business. He has continued this path and been involved in several construction related businesses prior to Central West. One of the primary principles that he has taken with him each step of the way is a unwavering focus on customer service. Michael is driven by the satisfaction of his clients. His personal motto says it all: ‘a happy customer is a return customer’.
Tony comes from a reputable construction family and has extensive construction knowledge from experience and training. He has been working in construction in one way or another for over 30 years. Tony graduated with Honours from the BCIT Building Technology program and received a Diploma in Building Technology – Construction Management. In addition, his Degree in Asian International Relations has helped in communicating and working with a diverse clientele.
Carlos completed his formal education in El Salvador and started his construction career in Houston Texas working in building operations with many large institutional and oil industry leaders. Working his way up, he decided to move his family to Vancouver, Canada and start his own construction business. Carlos takes the job from the start to the finish. He is the one who will get your job done

Louise, known as Marie, is a Junior Project Coordinator at CW with a diploma in Building Technology from BCIT. Excited to bring projects to reality, she combines coordination and organization in her work and life and aspires to expand her education and enhance her industry knowledge. Marie's wide-ranging interests include stories, music, side quests, and creative projects, all while enjoying quality time with her family and friends. If you call her by Marie outside of work, she will immediately recognize you as part of the CW team!

Joseph has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from De La Salle University Manila with specialization in hydraulics and water resource. He dove in headfirst into construction by being his dad’s assistant and eventually taking over the whole operations. Joseph was exposed to all aspects of construction, and this led him to work with CW.
Holds a degree in Information Systems Analytics and has over ten years of experience in business and data analysis. Now he is building a new path to learn about construction business.
